FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PROJECT MANAGER)

The roofing sales role is more than just selling roofs to residential customers. You'll start with roofs, but have the opportunity to learn additional trades to expand your knowledge and income. You'll help customers make retail purchasing decisions, or restore their homes and properties through the insurance claims process.

Your responsibilities will vary day to day in this job. That's one of the best parts about it. No two days are quite the same. Your main tasks will include:

  • Attend daily morning huddle and weekly sales and training meeting

  • Prospect and contact potential customers

  • Present and sell company products, services to new and existing customers 

  • Assist customers through all stages of the insurance or retail sales process 

  • Gather and upload required documents, forms, photos, etc. for each sold job

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments 

  • Monitor installation and completion of roof, gutters, siding or other trades sold 

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints 

  • Collect all payments due from customers to the company 

  • Reach published sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage your own schedule and keep up personal drive and motivation
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Who HIGH CALIBER EXTERIORS is:

High Caliber Exteriors was founded as High Caliber Gutters in 2022 to support area roofers and other contractors by providing seamless gutter installation. From there, we have continued to expand by adding siding, roofing, solar, windows and doors, and permanent architectural LED lighting to our services.

Since 2022, we have expanded to four unified brands that allow us to reach customers across all our product lines. Our family of brands is made up of High Caliber Exteriors, High Caliber Gutters, High Caliber Solar, and Forever Festive Lights. You'll learn about each of these and have the chance to sell all our products as you grow with the company. 

We take our name seriously and we want to provide a high caliber of service and professionalism to our customers, and our team. We take the hard right over the easy wrong, we go the extra mile. We do those few extra little things on each job that.

High Caliber is a true contractor---not JUST a sales organization---we own much of our own equipment and have our own in-house employee crews. This allows us to perform our own work, and capture work as a subcontractor from other roofers and general contractors---expanding your chance to make sales.
