We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, lead, and develop a strong sales team; teach, coach and train.
  • Facilitate weekly sales meeting.
  • Meet with each salesperson weekly to track leads.
  • Follow up on quoted leads.
  • Track sold jobs from in progress to closed.
  • Serve as liaison between sales team and operations.
  • Audit proposals to ensure integrity and uniformity.
  • Attend networking events; recruit new sales members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with construction projects (commercial & residential).
  • Proven success in sales and managing a team.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Computer literate and able to use a variety of software.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, self-starter, out-going personality

Salary:

$60,000 to $65,000 annually, plus bonus

We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects.
