FULL OR PART TIME
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Key Role in creating Holistic and Integrative Medicine Practice
- Urgent care
- Key role in establishing and expanding Primary Care Onsite
- Develop and implement primary care arm of clinic with Chief Medical Officer
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Completion of chart notes within 48 hours
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Work with HR, Operations and billing to ensure smooth operation and execution of primary care initiatives
- Relay suggestions and ideas for business development to department heads and CEO
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Functions as an integral part of the team
- Diagnose, treat, manage and discharge patients from Pediatric to Geriatric
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work as a team with other department heads and staff
- Understanding management reserves the right to change hours to current operational needs
- Vaccinated and boosted
