Overview:  

You will play an important role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and set meetings both in person and virtual through your current and future relationships and the inside sales team. You will also be responsible for developing a solid network of contacts such as thought leaders and centers of influence.

Responsibilities:

·        Create Prospect pipeline

·        Schedule a minimum of 3 qualified client prospect meetings per week.

·        Goal is to close a minimum of 1 deal per month.

·        Ability to discuss business needs and requirements with C-Level other decision makers.

·        Build relationships with clients and out of office activities such as entertainment, trade shows etc..

·        Efficiently manage CRM and follow-ups to ensure consistent and strategic communication with potential clients.

·        Collaborate with internal team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market conditions.

·        Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s products & services and industry to better communicate benefits and value add to clients.

·        Work with resources and vendors to deliver effective solutions

·        Meet and succeed personal, company and client goals.

Qualifications

 Proven experience in MSP or other related industries with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Will need to provide support of your success.

·        Efficient with CRM systems, social media (LinkedIn) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  Currently using HubSpot CRM.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presence.

·        Able to ask effective questions, listen then provide solutions.

·        Great Attitude and Coachable

·        Hunter - new business acquisition

Must have an existing network or previous experience in selling to small and medium businesses in the size of 10 to 100 employees.  We are a cross industry, with concentration in legal, financial, medical, and manufacturing.
