Brief description

This position reports directly to the Mytosynth Nutrascuticals LLC Controller and will be responsible for entering data, participation in monthly closes, and support preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.

Tasks

· Verify accuracy of data reports from company website and/or sales representative reports, resolve any errors and timely enter data.

· Research inquiries and answer customer and employee accounts receivables questions.

· Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.

· Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information or to correct transactions.

· Keep management informed of area/department performance and raise any significant problems.

· Ensure that the work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Education: Highschool Degree or Equivalent

· Experience: 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions

· Proficient in Excell and ERP Systems

· Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

· Ability to work independently and as a team member to resolve various issues that may occur

Position Details

· Full-Time bonus eligible position

· Salaried / Exempt (not eligible for overtime)
