**Job Summary: **

As a Collections and Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts, business-to-business owed to the company. This involves communicating with clients or customers who have overdue payments, sending reminders, and negotiating payment plans when necessary. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, and generating reports for management. Additionally, you may collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to resolve any issues that may be impacting payment collection. Overall, your role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the organization by minimizing bad debt and optimizing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding B2B invoices in a timely manner.

- Contact business clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments.

- Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.

- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.

- Collaborate with the accounting and invoicing teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing B2B customer inquiries and requests.

- Occasionally remotely work evenings and weekends (approximately 3 times per month).

- Utilize financial software for efficient management of accounts receivable tasks

- Knowledge of medical billing and collection processes

- Ability to work with financial software for effective accounts receivable management
