Job DescriptionJob Description

The Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing an account base to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. This includes servicing existing customers and seeking out new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Displays knowledge of technology hardware products and represents overall company by promoting, selling and delivering hardware solutions to target customers. Strives to increase account penetration by selling the full portfolio of company products/solutions.
  • Infiltrates target accounts such as MSP’s, distributors, systems builders, IT Resellers, and Ecommerce merchants by demonstrating knowledge of technology hardware distribution channel and identifying opportunities to leverage the company unique business model to provide value to existing and potential customers. 
  • Works closely with Sr. Account Executive to develop strategies and tactics for individual accounts and various verticals.
  • Develops and implements, in coordination with Sales Team, a comprehensive business development plan and participates in activities to create and build relationships with customers.
  • Oversees a group of both existing customers and prospective customers to meet sales targets and maintains accountability and tracking systems providing visibility into overall sales/development strategy.
  • Accurately reports specific sales forecasting to Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Submits business plans and reports within the required timeframe. 
  • Delivers accurate sales forecasts to management when requested.
  • Responds to all customer requests in a timely manner and communicates clearly and efficiently with customers/prospective customers.
  • Presents and demonstrates the company’s products utilizing P.O.S. materials as well as presentation kits
  • Develops strategies and deploys tactics necessary to achieve or exceed established quotas and objectives.
  • Positions and promotes Arbitech, LLC as a high-performance, world-class technology, sales and service organization in all customer and vendor interactions.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to Arbitech's key customers
  • Maintains all internal systems and processes required to service customers.
  • Acquires and maintains the product knowledge needed to be a valued partner to the company’s customers/prospective customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or its equivalent preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of sales experience in technology with hardware sales experience preferred.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding required metrics and targets.
  • Foundational knowledge around technology, especially technology hardware, with the interest and aptitude to increase their knowledge base to the level required to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, forward-thinking abilities
  • Works well in a team environment and adds value to teammates and the team as a whole
  • Self-starter that personifies a “lead by example” mentality
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Presents themselves as a detailed oriented, professional in all facets of their work
