Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong network of business contacts, and the ability to understand and communicate technical information related to solar energy and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging your book of business contacts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote solar energy solutions to commercial clients.
- Conduct site assessments and work with technical teams to design tailored solar solutions.
- Present and explain complex solar and electrical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Provide clients with detailed proposals, including financial analysis and incentive options.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.
- A robust network of business contacts and the ability to leverage these relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand solar energy systems and electrical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
