Rectangle Health is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Payment experience is a plus but isn’t required. As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities include having a deep understanding of our product suite, mastering our APIs, and effectively communicating how our offerings can solve customer problems. You will work closely with sales teams and technical decision-makers, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment between the client's needs and our technology stack. Additionally, you will provide technical support during the implementation and integration phases, ensuring smooth and successful deployments. As the Solutions Engineer, you will be tasked with spearheading the establishment and development of the Solutions Engineering function at Rectangle Health

• Master Product Knowledge: Fully grasp and articulate the features and benefits of our technology stack, showcasing to potential clients how our technology enhances the solutions they offer to end-users.
• Technology Partner Analysis and Solution Translation: Offer technical expertise in sales presentations and demonstrations, ensuring both sales representatives and technical decision-makers clearly understand why Rectangle Health is best positioned to support them.
• Customized Solutions Development: Collaborate with technical decision-makers to identify their specific challenges and create tailored solutions using our software, increasing the product's value and relevance while supporting their development efforts to our platform, including ongoing technical integration calls and troubleshooting.
• Feedback Loop Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement or new feature ideas and relay valuable insight to the Product team.
• Post Collaborate with product delivery and support teams to ensure clients receive ongoing assistance after integration, ensuring a smooth transition from the sandbox environment to production.
• KPI Impact: Be the driving factor in increased sales performance and deepening of relationships through process improvement, knowledge enhancement and direct participation in the sales cycle.
• Documentation Standardization: Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate the standardization of processes for direct integrators, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional efforts to create standardized practices for sale, delivery, and support for directly integrated customers
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
•Well-versed in the healthcare industry or payments industry.
•Important to have hands-on experience with software, PM/EHR systems, or similar technology, especially in troubleshooting and assisting with software implementation.
•Sales experience, especially in technology or healthcare, is advantageous. This includes skills in managing customer relationships post-sale and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
•Valuable experience in managing projects, especially those involving software implementation or customer onboarding. This encompasses coordinating with various teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
•Strong written and oral communication skills in English
