Sr. Workday Analyst

The Opportunity

The Sr. Workday Analyst (Payroll Interface) will be part of the Global SaaS Engineering Workday Services team. The ideal candidate will be skillful in Workday capabilities specifically for Workday to Third Party Payroll (like ADP, DayForce, Immedis etc.) with expertise in PECI and integrations. The focus will be to make setup and configuration changes as per the vendor requirements. Closely partnering with Nutanix Payroll Finance team to understand their strategy and business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement.

The key resource will be owning the development & enhancement of payroll elements like External Payroll Earnings & Deductions, Pay Groups, calculated fields to capture front end elements. Supporting the Bi-Weekly payroll process by making sure all data elements are synched perfectly in Workday and the vendor payroll system. Facilitating the development of business requirements and enhancements of payroll processes. Providing guidance and expert advice to the payroll stakeholders.

Your Role Collaborate with the payroll group to configure and implement end-to-end solutions that align with their organizational goals and priorities Drive sustainable solutions within current organizational structures and tools, focusing on process improvements through technology and redesign Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in customer processes Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Utilize strategic thinking and consultative skills to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions, focusing on data integrity, user adoption, and meeting business needs consistently

What You Will Bring Demonstrate 7+ years of experience in Workday with core focus on payroll interface with third party payroll providers like ADP, Immedis etc. Exhaustive experience in Workday PECI and payroll related integrations. Showcase proficiency in enterprise process and requirement analysis for over 7 years. Exhibit expertise in building custom reports, Calc fields, utilizing EIBs, Web services, Rest APIs, and Core Connectors within Workday. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday modules and support integrations with internal and external systems. Communicate effectively to translate requirements into action plans and solutions, while participating in design sessions and providing end-user training when necessary.
