  • Fully comprehend product benefits and effectively communicate features to potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise in sales presentations and demos to ensure clear understanding by both sales reps and technical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with technical decision-makers to identify obstacles and create tailored solutions using our software.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance products and propose new features.
  • Share valuable insights with Product and support teams for ongoing client assistance post-integration.
  • Lead efforts to improve sales performance by refining processes, expanding knowledge, and actively participating in the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to standardize processes for direct integrators.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives for standardized practices in sales, delivery, and support for direct integrated customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or CS (preferred).
  • Knowledge of healthcare or payments industry.
  • Hands-on experience with software, PM/EHR systems, or similar technology.
  • Sales experience in technology or healthcare.
  • Experience in managing software projects and customer onboarding.

Bonus/Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently and with teams, communicating effectively with varying levels of expertise.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
