Primary Job Duties:
Fully understand product benefits and articulate features, presenting to potential clients how their technology enhances the solutions they offer to end-users.
Offer technical expertise in sales presentations and demonstrations, ensuring both sales reps and technical decision-makers clearly understand why their product is best positioned to support clients.
Work closely with technical decision-makers to pinpoint their unique obstacles and devise customized solutions leveraging our software. This enhances the product's significance and applicability while bolstering their integration efforts onto our platform. This involves conducting regular technical integration calls and addressing any troubleshooting needs that arise.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement or generate new feature concepts.
Communicate valuable insights to the Product and support teams to ensure clients receive ongoing assistance after integration, ensuring a smooth transition from sandbox environment to production.
Take the lead in boosting sales performance and fostering stronger relationships by refining processes, expanding knowledge, and actively engaging in the sales cycle.
Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate the standardization of processes for direct integrators, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Contribute to cross-functional efforts to create standardized practices for sale, delivery, and support for directly integrated customers
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or CS is preferred
Well-versed in the healthcare industry or payments industry.
Hands-on experience with software, PM/EHR systems, or similar technology, especially in troubleshooting and assisting with software implementation.
Sales experience, especially in technology or healthcare. This includes skills in managing customer relationships post-sale and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Experience in managing software implementation projects and customer onboarding.
Bonus/Soft skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers who have varying levels of functional and technical expertise
Comfortable presenting to and speaking with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
