Ready to join an innovative dental team? East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry is growing fast and we need to add to our team We need a stellar patient care coordinator to ensure office operations are flowing smoothly.

We're talking Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm and a half day on Friday 7:30am - 1pm. Just bring your A-game in organization and attention to detail. We want someone who knows insurance and treatment coordinating like the back of their hand, and thrives on helping patients schedule for treatment

Our offices? Private practice, totally modern, totally fun. Fully remodeled and a great working environment We're packing all the latest tech for both our team and our awesome patients including CBCT imaging, intra-oral cameras, and digital scanners.

Our group? Values our team as much as our patients We have a focus on work life balance. We also offer 2 weeks PTO as well as Paid Holidays

Responsibilities:

- Captain of the patient experience from their very first phone call to the end of their visit We value creativity and out of the box ideas to create memorable patient experiences.
- Maintains a warm and friendly front office and reception, putting patients at ease upon their arrival.
- Uses that great attention to detail to prepare for our patients arrival by thoroughly auditing schedules ensuring all patient paperwork is completed and billing is accurate.
- Keeps our front office organized and squeaky clean
- Form a dynamic duo with our office manager, managing front office operations seamlessly
- Champions accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.
- Ensure our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments.
- Oversees the schedule ensuring all appointments are filled and confirmed.

Skills:

- Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator.
- A keen grasp of insurance verification and providing patient estimates.
- Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.
- A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience in a dental office environment
