Why work here?

Quantum Resource Professionals, an industry leader in education staffing, is currently hiring a National Director of School Psychology and ABA. This position will be responsible for creating relationships with employees and school districts across the nation while working with an experienced team of educators. The role will provide direct support to special education teachers and be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing staff, supervising, and attending events and travel. The position will be an active member of the Quantum Leadership Team. There is an opportunity for further growth as we a rapidly growing

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must hold a certificate in school psychology and be a BCBA

· Must have 5 years experience 

· Must have a dynamic personality to engage with new connections regularly

· Must hold a current active teacher or administrator license

· Must have the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time

· Must have the ability to have a flexible work schedule, some evening and weekend events are required

· Preferred a minimum of 2 years of supervising

· Use knowledge of key market drivers to create and seize business and school service opportunities.

· Create and maintain a marketing plan for business development. Identify potential customers and consult with Senior Management on the development of new contracts.

· Attend local trade shows, career fairs, and pertinent meetings of professional organizations that pertain to market development.

Customer Service

· Actively seek information to understand customer circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs. Ensure that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.

· Make sure that customer solutions, practices, and procedures are carried out and achieve their intended objectives.

· Provide ongoing customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through the use of ongoing site visits.

· Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine whether action is needed. Inform Senior Management of any pertinent customer-related issues and/or concerns.
