Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In Home day & after-school hours

Apple ABA is revamping the ABA industry with its Concierge Premier services. We offer opportunity for professional growth along with internal promotions and career advancements within our organization Apple ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek part-time BCBA's to take on a caseload of potential clients throughout Northern New Jersey (Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Morris County, Passaic County, Sussex County, Union County), with morning or after-school hours. We pride ourselves on a positive work culture and believe in a healthy work-life balance. Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply Flexible schedule, competitive rates, and potential travel compensation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and FBAs
  • Write individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and make modifications to programs
  • Supervise sessions in person
  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training
  • Collaborate with other professionals
  • All other related duties as assigned by the Regional Director

As an ideal BCBA candidate, you are:

  • Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth.
  • Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Committed to working full-time.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development.

Requirements/Licensure:

  • BCBA Certification Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
