Luxury Picnic and Event Planning Company seeking to hire an Event Coordinator to join our picnic team

Responsibilities:

  • Event Set up and Tear Down
  • Communicate with clients on the day of the event to ensure all expectations are met and details are in order
  • Maintain stock of event supplies
  • Ensure all event equipment is prepared for event day
  • unloading event equipment at the end of the day

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
  • Strong project managing skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented- must be able to stay on task and on schedule
  • Ability to work well in teams and individually
  • Able to work under pressure

 

A Day in life:

Arrive at our office in San Clemente 4 hours prior to your event start time and check your event folder to review the details of your picnic. You would then check your company vehicle to ensure you need to be set up for success has been packed, and grab any missing items. You would then grab your floral arrangements and groceries and head out to the picnic location. The Picnics usually last 2 hours, and during that time you are able to enjoy your lunch in the beautiful beach town where your picnic is set up Once the event is over, you will be responsible for cleaning up, loading the picnic equipment into the car, and heading back to the warehouse to unpack.

 

Must have Saturday and Sunday Availability
