We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Operations - Treatment Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring our patients receive comprehensive care and support throughout their dental journey. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent patient service.

Responsibilities:

· Explain treatment plans and options to patients in a clear and understandable manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

· Coordinate appointment schedules for patients undergoing multiple treatments, optimizing efficiency and minimizing wait times.

· Work closely with dental insurance companies to verify benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and submit accurate claims for patient treatments.

· Assist patients in understanding financing options and setting up payment plans as needed.

· Process patient payments and manage billing procedures in accordance with office policies.

· Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and financial matters.

· Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness and the services offered by our practice.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in person-to-person sales is essential.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand and explain complex dental treatment plans and procedures.

· Proficiency in coordinating appointment schedules and managing billing processes.

· Familiarity with dental insurance procedures and terminology.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and privacy.

· Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment.

· Dress code: Business attire.
