We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team at Allied Staff Augmentation Partners. As a key member of our Performance Assurance and Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within our Operational, Reliability & Storm Reporting and Reliability workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including communication and change management plans, to drive improvement initiatives and manage work planning and lessons learned.
- Oversee the implementation of continual maintenance for over 600 reports, including documentation, cataloging, verification of functionality, and communication and change management.
- Develop and maintain communication templates, procedures, and guidelines for all work, and drive the initiative to develop a robust and quality work product.
- Work with the team to develop a 2025 work plan for the Reliability workstream and participate in quarterly update and planning meetings.
- Perform communication and change management tasks, such as developing and sending communications, scheduling, and facilitating rollouts, as well as garnering feedback from internal customers.
- 3+ years of experience in change management and project management.
- Working knowledge of EXCEL, Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 3 days quarterly.
