Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Injection Mold Technician in the Greensboro, North Carolina area.  This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $21-27 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform set-up on machines
  • Operate cranes as needed
  • Set molds and prepare molds
  • Oversee startup of new jobs and material changeovers
  • Track processes for efficiency and make adjustments accordingly
  • Ensure proper LOTO procedures are followed
  • Work in conjunction with the Quality Department to ensure process changes or improvements meet customer requirements.


Education & Requirements:

  • HS-Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • At least 3 years of mold setup, operation, and maintenance experience
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes and equipment
  • Strong understanding of Automation / Robotics high preferred
