Vendor Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within your territory. Meet or exceed sales targets through direct selling activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products, services, and industry trends to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless service to customers and ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including internet, phone, and data solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
