Description : As a Vendor Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our telecom brand, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in your designated territory. Youll be working with a variety of clients, from small residential accounts and wireless sales to large business attainment, offering them cutting-edge telecom solutions to meet their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within your territory. Meet or exceed sales targets through direct selling activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products, services, and industry trends to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless service to customers and ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including internet, phone, and data solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
