Job Title: Post Construction Cleaner

Job Summary: Our company is currently seeking an experienced and reliable professional cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in various settings, including commercial offices, post construction sites, residential homes, and public facilities such as schools and hospitals.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing windows. - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas. - Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low. - Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning equipment and products. - Complete tasks according to company standards and client specifications. - Report any maintenance or repair needs to management. - Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be 18 years of age or older - Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation - Proven experience as a professional cleaner - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods -  Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others - Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time - Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs - Move comfortably up and down ladders - The ability to work in a fast paced environment - A working cell phone, this job requires the ability to clearly communicate amongst all team members and leadership. We use an app that you must be able to log into to obtain your weekly work schedule, job scope and location.
