Key Responsibilities:- Support the project manager with various tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Incorporate client feedback during the construction phase and assist the team in implementing change orders.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations to mitigate risks and promptly communicate any concerns to the project manager.
- Supervise the activities of all construction personnel and subcontractors, regularly assess construction methods, and offer direction to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Evaluate performance objectives and timelines to guarantee the construction process aligns with the project manager's strategy and subcontractor schedules.
- Maintain a daily log to document all events during the construction process for the project manager and clients.
- Oversee all customer service matters post-construction.
- Continuously assess construction and service requests, seeking improved materials and techniques for enhanced home building.
- Conduct interviews with subcontractors.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
