Property Paving, Inc. is a full-service concrete paving and asphalt paving contractor, committed to excellence and innovation in every project we undertake. 

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to work at our Grand Prairie, TX office.

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and for actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Support, service and manage an existing portfolio of established clients in the DFW area.
  • Work assigned area to drive existing business and generate new business through canvassing assigned territory.
  • Qualify and pursue leads generated through companies marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) software.
  • Plan and perform daily activities to include client meetings, site visits, appointments, and prospecting.
  • Develop scopes of work, gather counts and dimensions.
  • Identify distressed pavement and the appropriate method of repair in commercial parking lots.
  • Produce estimates, proposals, and site maps using Microsoft, excel, word and Acrobat.
  • Operate company provided Dell desktop computers, Macintosh iPad, iPhone, calculators, and field tools equipment including measuring wheel, level, tape measure, and marking stick.
  • Maintain follow up/communication with clients/prospects.
  • Work in conjunction with the Contract Administrator and construction management team as sales contracts are executed.
  • Meet and obtain sales goals.
  • Follow the “Daily Blue Print” of proven success.
  • Prospect existing portfolios, establish a client base, and well as B2B Canvassing to maximize sells.
  • Allocate equal time to your office functions and the field activities.
  • Perform duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university and at least 2-4 years of work experience in outside sales, specifically B2B Sales.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the paving industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience performing cold calls and in person prospects.
