Position: Sales Trainer National Home Improvement Company
Summary:The National Sales Trainer is responsible for supporting all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of Sales Representatives for Window Products. The National Sales Trainer will work closely with Senior Leadership to meet or exceed established goals within the company. Focus areas will include meeting and/or exceeding recruiting and onboarding and training of new sales personnel, revenue and sales targets, quality customer experience metrics, etc.
Sales Reps conduct in-home “1-Call Close”presentations of Window Products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and delivery of coaching and training plans that support the corporate goals and objectives – utilizing the Company’s proven selling system, including a “1 call Closing” Method.
- Ensure Sales Representatives meet or exceed established sales and quality KPIs.
- Support Regions with in-field training and development of Sales Representatives.
- Identify process deficiencies and inconsistencies and recommend improvements
- Conduct in-person group training sessions with Sales Representatives on identified training opportunities
- Conduct ride-alongs with new and experienced Sales Representatives for quality assurance and training purposes.
- When necessary, directly complete in-home sales demonstrations and provide sales quotes to customers.
- Travel throughout assigned region(s) as requested and deemed needed.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of “1-Call Closing” sales experience in the direct-to-consumer home services industry.
- 5 years of experience in training and coaching outside sales representatives with a “1 call close” approach
