Position: Director of Marketing & Advertising is a Senior Level Manager with experience managing multi million dollar budgets and a marketing and advertising team including digital marketing/social.media. The marketing manager will direct lead gen and revenue initiatives. This position plans, manages and executes all marketing and advertising initiatives.leads the brand’s strategic marketing efforts, focusing on direct engagement with homeowners in the competitive window and door industry. This role is crucial for driving brand recognition and lead generation through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies including conventional and social media and digital campaigns including creative and video development.Oversee significant marketing investments, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
• Develop and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives, including digital (SEO, PPC, OTT, social media, email), traditional (broadcast, radio, print), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies that directly engage homeowners and enhance brand penetration.
• Use web analytics tools to measure campaigns success across all platforms
Required Skills and Requirements:
•Ability to design, create marketing and lead development campaigns
•Project manage workflows for marketing campaigns – social media/digital (landing pages)/QR codes, etc.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
•10-15+ years of marketing and advertising management and media experience
