Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Leadership:
    • Implement best practices and uphold companies Policies and Procedures.
    • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and utilize Yardi software effectively.
    • Ensure certifications are up to date across our portfolio.
  • Support and Collaboration:
    • Assess and support Property Management teams in meeting compliance standards.
    • Review resident file documentation and assist with certification processes.
    • Collaborate on pre-audit and post-audit activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of compliance experience in affordable housing.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Section 42 - Low-Income Housing Tax Credits or willingness to obtain.
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist or willingness to obtain.
