Receptionist Pay: $19-21/hr

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Write up service requests
  • Data enter orders
  • Install billing daily
  • Help install manager type up quotes
  • Help with our installer truck stocking for inventory
  • Greet customers as they walk in the door

Receptionist Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, receptionist type duties
  • Efficient with word, excel, outlook
  • A plus if experience with MAS90 or Sage operating system
  • Willing to work 10 hours day/50 hours a week if needed (Monday - Friday)
  • Ability to fit into a small office
