Title: Marketing Manager – Commercial

Location:  Maple Grove, MN

Type: Hybrid role Contract to hire

Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with CT Marketing & Cardio Customer Experience teams to ensure timely execution of content, digital and automation

strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Working with CT Marketing to update internal and external marketing collateral for CT’s portfolio-level brand.

• Collaborating with Content and Digital teams to audit and maintain portfolio-level content across channels.

• Communicating new portfolio-level content to global marketing partners.

• Overseeing digital and content budget tracking and administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, digital, product/marketing, or related fields.

• Forward thinking, internally motivated, experienced at establishing an innovative and creative culture that is customer-centric.

• Passionate about and informed of key trends and innovations in the industry.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners, including leadership, product teams, and sales teams.

• Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.

• Medical device or medical supplies industry experience a plus.

• Experience working in an agile team environment.
