This role will play a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency and performance through strategic initiatives, performance management, and data-driven decision making.
This hands-on role will be responsible for creating a performance management structure, establishing KPIs, and developing analytics that support business strategy and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with extensive experience in data analytics, Excel, and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a performance management structure, including the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business performance.
  • Utilize data analytics to support business strategy, identify improvement opportunities, and drive performance enhancements.
  • Develop and manage analytical tools and reports to provide insights into business performance and inform decision making.
  • Lead and execute CI initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, to drive continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on CI methodologies, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of CI initiatives with overall business strategy and goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in CI and business systems to continuously improve processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business systems management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with data analytics, including proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools with preference for SAP.
  • Strong background in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing CI strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and operate at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies is highly desirable.
