  • Advocate for and support the strategic vision, principles, and annual objectives, ensuring ongoing alignment and course correction across the organization.
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager must apply leadership skills and Lean Manufacturing principles to train and guide employees at all levels, fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
  • Establish comprehensive standards for various operational aspects including training, process parameters, equipment condition, task performance, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with employees and managers to identify and apply best practices for each operation or process.
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager must ensure thorough and ongoing training for personnel to maintain high performance standards.
  • Identify and eliminate waste in processes and practices to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving production, equipment, and system issues, including conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager must support the revision and development of standard work procedures.
  • Perform benchmarking against both internal and external organizations to drive improvement.


Qualifications

  • The Continuous Improvement Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Six sigma green belt/ black belt
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industrial setting, preferably in bathware
  • Must have 2+ years of leadership experience
  • The Continuous Improvement Manager must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Internet applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport with all organizational levels, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and coach others.
  • Open to 75% travel within the USA/Canada.
  • Some knowledge of or experience with Smartsheet, VISIO, CAD, Value Stream Mapping, Time Studies, Line Balancing, and Project Management, is a plus
