HIGHLIGHTS
Location: Tempe, AZ 85282
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm AZ time
HYBRID work model after training (Remote/Onsite 2 - 3 days per week)
Training: 2 weeks fully onsite shadowing team members and working side by side with the Account Executives you will be supporting
Type: Direct Hire; 40 hours
Salary: $40 - $50K annually, based on skill/experience

We are growing and looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our Phoenix Branch
Job Description
No day will be exactly the same. You will be the administrative backbone to our team. You will coordinate interviews, follow-up with all clients, and develop strong client relationships This person will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency.
SPECIFICALLY, AS A CEM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO…
- Support our team with scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Follow up with clients on candidate feedback/ interviews
- Updating candidate records and job postings and working on new hires
- Taking a very proactive approach in your follow up with end clients on pending candidates waiting for feedback/next steps.
REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years’ experience in account coordinator or customer service role
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
NICE TO HAVE:
- ATS system Experience

If successful in this role, you will be on track to move into recruiting role by 1-2 years on team.
