Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Edward Jones is looking for an individual to help lead innovation in the Practice Management Experience Product area for supporting and enhancing our goal setting, business planning and performance measures systems and CRM for our financial advisors. This person will be responsible for product delivery management over durable product delivery teams focused on the branch and financial advisor experience as well as people leadership for the software engineers within the teams.

What you'll do...

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead change to implement, configure, enhance and support the products and modules using leading-edge technologies including Salesforce and Tableau. In this role, you will work closely with members of the teams, enterprise architects, business leaders, product owners, and scrum masters including continual strategy setting and evaluation of delivery team structure in alignment with firm needs and direction.

You Will...
  • Work with teams to remove impediments and obstacles for improvement of product delivery and cycle time
  • Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across development teams, system architects, business departments, vendors, and other divisions
  • Contribute to the product technology roadmap as a stakeholder by advocating for tech modernization
  • Coach and mentor team members and identify skill gaps

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You Need :
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology with at least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc.).
  • Understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders


What Could Set You Apart :
  • Financial Services experience and/or industry license(s)
  • Knowledge and Experience with large volume data analysis and processing
  • Salesforce and/or Tableau Experience
