Are you a detail-oriented, organized and customer focused individual? Do you thrive in fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are your top priorities? We have an opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

-Accurately enter and process online customer orders

-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

-Work closely with all Team Members to ensure smooth order processing

-Resolve order discrepancies and address customer concerns effectively.

Requirements:

-Strong Attention to Detail

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook for data entry and analysis

-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
