The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the development and growth of our Always Best Care caregiving staff.

Compensation

$20 per hour based on experience (home care or home health experience a plus)

Work Hours

8:00 am – 5:00 pm in Vacaville office

Responsibilities
  • Recruit for open caregiver positions daily
  • Meet and exceed weekly staffing goals
  • Create and maintain updated job postings
  • Attend training and meetings to stay up to date on hiring trends
  • Collaborate with Staffing Director and Caregiver Manager to address staffing needs
  • Review resumes, screen, and schedule interviews and orientations
  • Manage new employee paperwork
  • Manage and update new employee files as needed
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with the Caregiver Manager
  • Complete daily pipeline reports
  • Report to and support Caregiver Manager in pre-interview prep, orientations, staffing needs, and additional tasks as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with local CNA schools
  • Establish monthly scheduled calls to CNA schools
  • Attend CNA school graduations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Knowledge of basic computer software programs
  • Ability to learn staffing software program
  • Possess knowledge of general office practices and procedures
  • Ability to understand basic reporting principles
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently
  • Exhibit positive interpersonal and human relations skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements/Special Equipment

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and have basic knowledge of computers and office equipment.
