Job DescriptionJob Description

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations. You will ensure that all our operations are smooth sailing and that our warehousing associates are performing their responsibilities effectively and safely.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Lead warehouse staff, develop work schedules, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, standards, and procedures.
  • Train and support warehouse staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to optimize warehouse function.
  • Align with hours of operation: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc…) and Outlook email.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Fork-lift Certified or 5+ years of experience and must be able to lift 50 lbs.
