Part-Time Accounting Clerk, Knoxville, TN

Creative Structures, Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work alongside a team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality.

 

Responsibilities include:

- Process invoices for payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Verify accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.

- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues.

- Assist with reporting tasks as required.

- Support other accounting and finance projects as needed.

 

Skills needed:

- Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.

- Understanding of basic accounting processes.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
