We specialize in mental health therapy and psychiatric rehabilitation programs for all age groups. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Coordinator for our Howard County office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual Therapy: Manage a small caseload of children and adults.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records, including progress notes and client charts.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary documentation for billing and third-party payers.
  • Client Services: Oversee client services and authorizations.
  • Therapeutic Plans: Review and evaluate therapeutic interventions and plans.
  • Supervision: Administer and supervise the OMHC, managing both full and part-time staff.
  • Compliance: Assist with planning, program evaluation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Staffing: Conduct performance evaluations and ensure quality of clinical care.
  • Client Satisfaction: Oversee overall client satisfaction with clinic services.

Requirements:
