About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring efficient and organized check-in and check-out processes.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts, utilizing point of sale software to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics, promoting our wellness offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, recognizing and supporting team efforts to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to The Joint Chiropractic's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
