**Job Description:**

As a Route Manager and Maintenance Technician at Skillcade, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a designated route of skill machines. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service, and logistics management. The position may also require on-call work to address urgent maintenance needs.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and service a route of skill machines, ensuring they are operating efficiently.

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on skill machines.

- Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of machine performance and maintenance activities.

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

- Coordinate with the team to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or vending industry.

- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to travel and work on-call as needed.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
