Pay: $32 - $36/hr

Location: Broomfield, CO

A world-class GLOBAL MANUFACTURER and SERVICE PROVIDER for overhead industrial/heavy-duty cranes, is currently seeking a CRANE SERVICE TECHNICIAN - among the top skills needed, somebody with a strong INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL wiring, install, and troubleshooting, background is ideal

Work Performed

  • 50% traveling role, out of state as far as Alabama
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead bridge cranes and hoists
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities on equipment
  • Support customer by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed
  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs
  • MUST have not only strong technical skills, but also great "people" and "customer service" skills
  • Documentation of all service activity is required, therefore STRONG attention to detail is needed

Special Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Work well both individually and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent electrical and troubleshooting skills (controls and wiring)
  • Project manager mindset - work within deadlines to meet clients' needs
  • 2+ years' work experience with similar types of equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • NEC/CMAA/OSHA/ASME knowledge is preferred (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
  • Valid driver's license and solid driving record
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening(s)
  • Character that reflects honesty and integrity in dealings with others
