Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time (15-20 hours/week) Payroll and Administrative Assistant to join our team at a small and growing Private Home Health Care agency. This position will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and other administrative tasks such as tracking client and employee expenses. Experience in a home health care or related business would be a plus Unique opportunity for growth for a self-motivated and ambitious individual open to learning new tasks and increasing responsibilities, and creating an impact on the operational excellence of a successful, woman-owned and led company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing payroll for employees on a regular basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes
- Maintain employee records and update changes in employment status
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as employee and client expenses
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on creating system and process efficiencies

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Payroll or Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally in a small company setting (
