- Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients
- Verify intake paperwork is properly signed and uploaded to our company database
- Liaise with team members to notify them that a new client has enrolled in the program
- Reach out to 100+ new or prospective clients via telephone or video calls each week
Requirements
- 3+ years of career advisor experience
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to adjust to constantly changing workloads
- Skilled in MA Office and Salesforce
