Executive Assistant - Denver Area

Our Company

We are Denver’s premier manufacturer of window covering products including shades, blinds, and draperie. We fabricate our products at our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Arvada. Our customers are commercial general contractors, and we install for commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals and schools.

The Position

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the owner/President of Lutek. In this position, assignments will be given for Lutek matters as well as personal matters and for the other business properties of the owner. Utmost confidentiality is required.


Requirements – What We are Looking For

  • Someone who has worked for 15 plus years as an executive assistant.
  • Someone who is looking for a “home” with a small 50-employee private company.
  • Lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.
  • Supper organized.
  • Comfortable prioritizing needs based on tight time frames and changing circumstances.

Compensation:

$25 an hour plus depending on experience.

Eligible for overtime pay.

Additional employee benefits include:

  • 401(k) plan with company match (after one year of employment).
  • Work generally happens within the hours of 8am to 5:00pm. No significant overtime or travel.
  • Health coverage for employee and 50% for dependents (the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment).
  • Paid holidays (commencing after 90 days of employment).
  • Eligible for summer Hours (i.e., Fridays off, 4 days 10 hours).
  • 5 PTO days a year for initial year of employment, increasing with length of employment.
  • Eligible for Christmas Break time off generally December 24th through January 3rd.
  • On site gym at Lutek.
  • Casual dress code.
