Job Title: Studio Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Studio Assistant to join our team at Light Lounge Arvada. As a Studio Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment, and selling memberships to our wellness services.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the studio at all times, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with client necessities.
  • Deliver a "wow" experience for current clients and prospects through phone, email, web forms, reviews, and social media.
  • Schedule members and clients in our scheduling system.
  • Sell memberships and packages to prospects who come in for trial sessions.
  • Support the Studio Manager and Franchisee with all studio and client needs.
Requirements:
  • A passion for health and wellness.
  • Excitement to learn about red light therapy and its benefits for clients and prospects.
  • Motivation to work independently and efficiently.
  • Comfort and ability to sell memberships, with a focus on closing sales opportunities.
  • Able to execute daily studio checklists and perform thorough cleaning tasks.
Hours and Compensation:
  • This part-time position will start with approximately 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
  • Must be willing and able to work afternoons until 5pm and some Saturdays.
