Quality Control Line Inspector Supervisor

Shift: Monday - Friday 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

Performing visual inspection of finished products on the production line to ensure all quality standards are met. Checks documentation for accuracy and compliance. Supports the QC Filling Management with the day-to-day operations and administrative duties within the department. Assists management by ensuring all employees adhere to company and management directives. Supports the QC Filling team and fills in when necessary. Communicates updates to management via email. Supervises personnel with their performance, responsibilities and goals in mind. Assists in department improvements and projects.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous Supervisor experience is required

Follow all cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) as determined by ISO and FDA regulations. Follow all safety requirements of the job. Able to read/write/speak English fluently.

Physical Demands and Environment: Candidates for this position must be capable of standing; walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing, and reaching with hands or arms are all performed regularly, as part of this position. Climbing stairs or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching as performed occasionally, as part of the responsibilities of the job. Noise -- moderate noise consistent with a manufacturing environment.
