Position Overview:
The Supervisor's role involves overseeing the production line personnel.

Responsibilities include routine communication of job assignments, specialized training for product runs, and assigning Line Workers as necessary for daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct visual inspections of the designated work area for safety hazards before the shift begins.
2. Maintain continuous observation for safety hazards throughout the shift.
3. Direct daily activities of team members.
4. Manage team members' schedules and time-off requests.
5. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and promptly address any discrepancies.
6. Verify production accuracy against work orders.
7. Train new employees to achieve daily production targets and standards.
8. Update production metrics regularly.
9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of production documentation.
10. Conduct quality checks on production lines.
11. Report production issues to the Operations Manager as necessary.
12. Perform quality assessments of the production lines.
13. Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
*High School Diploma required.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
*Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous; however, production experience in any manufacturing setting is essential.
