At the Resource Group, you will be surrounded by a multidisciplinary team and other likeminded clinicians who are passionate about their work and dedicated to developing their craft. As a mental health agency in Towson, Maryland, located on the Baltimore city/county line, we understand the personal and professional commitment it takes to invest in such a diverse client base. Because of this, we offer monthly trainings/ CEUs, financially incentivized client quota, and the potential for fully paid trainings/certifications such as EMDR and DBT with a year and a half commitment, among other benefits. The ideal candidate for our Mental Health Therapist position:

1. Have an active license to practice psychotherapy in the State of Maryland (LGPC/LMSW)

2. Be available to work 2-3 evenings per week

3. Be comfortable consulting with psychiatrists and other providers regarding their shared cases.

4. Open to becoming DBT trained and joining our DBT team

5. Enjoy a community atmosphere

Requirements and Qualifications

Licensed in Maryland as an LGPC or LMSW

Minimum 25 clinical hours a week

Required on-site 5 days per week. Potential to earn one hybrid day per week.

Required 2 to 3 evenings a week
