We are seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk in a large company in Santa Ana. This role will primarily assist the A/P department with various essential duties. This role is a contract position with a 3 month long duration. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and post A/P invoices and other forms of payment into ERP systems
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and resolve any discrepancies as they arise
  • Process check requests, and code invoices correctly
  • Additional duties and experience will be gained as you progress within the role and company

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable
  • Knowledge and experience working with Yardi ERP
  • Strong organizational skills
