About the Role:
At Anatomage as an Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, as well as payments. What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices by meticulously examining invoices for accuracy and completeness, verifying they match purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Ensure proper approvals by obtaining necessary approvals before processing payments.
- Handle employee expense reports as well as process and verify employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Create purchase orders and place orders with vendors as needed.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
- Log daily accounting activities related to outgoing funds.
- Vendor management: Maintain vendor records and ensure all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience (2+) years in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using NetSuite and Concur is a plus.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
